
Four natural and cultural sites of Nepal have been listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites, namely Kathmandu Valley, Lumbini (birthplace of Lord Buddha), Sagarmatha National Park (including Everest) and Chitwan National Park (home of rhinos and tigers). There are over 60 ethnic groups speaking over 100 languages showcasing their unique culture and lifestyles.

Nepal has been voted by BBC as one of the 50 places in the world to see before one dies and also Best Eco-tourism Destination in the world.
Today Nepal is directly connected with major cities in the world including Delhi, Bangkok, Lhasa, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Osaka, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Qatar by leading national and international airlines.
